This seven-day course is designed for CSRs to show how to use personal time management skills. The skills will help CSRs become highly effective by showing them how to identify and focus on the activities that give the greatest returns. The interview skills teach the types of interviews and how to deal with each of them. It teaches the do’s and don’ts in an interview and be successful in an interview.
