Who should attend? 

This seven-day course is designed to give CSRs powerful sales skills, confidence and practice to effectively sell your products and services in a Tele-Sales environment while building long term customer relationships.

Get through the barriers, reach the decision-maker and get them talking! Build credibility, trust and confidence quickly. Uncover customer needs, respond to buying signals and close the sale. Use customer care and strong communications skills as a competitive differentiator. Use tools and techniques to recognize buying signals, handle objections, close the sale and position for the future sale.

Training Environment 

This workshop is interactive and involves team building exercises, group discussion, brainstorming, practice and the situational application of skills. Participants are totally involved in the learning process. Participants practice each skill as it is learned. Participants must demonstrate skills and mastery through End of Module and End of Course Role-play sessions with feedback and coaching by Call Center Learning Solutions Master Trainer.
