5.      What is the price?

A: Fee for each of the courses is Tk. 5,250, however you will have to pay Tk. 1,750 upfront for the training and  Tk. 3,500 upon job placement. (Condition Apply)

6.      How many days is the training?

A: This is a comprehensive 3 days 4 hours training on either Customer Service or Professional Selling Skills; we will help you choose the course which is right for you based on you aptitude and competence. 7.      Can I choose my course or will you choose for me?

A: You are welcome to choose your own course and as per your needs and understanding, however we suggest that you speak to us before you choose your course, we will assist you in making the right choices based on you aptitude and competence.

8.      Who are the trainers?

A: Our trainers are from India and are industry experts; they have vast training experiences in the service industry in India and Abroad.

9.      Can I pay in installments?

A: All payments, when due, will have to be paid in cash.

10.  When do I need to register myself?

11.  Will you provide me with a job after completion?

A: We cannot promise you a job after the completion of the course, however we have several tie ups with companies who would come to our premises to interview you for their organization vacancies. We offer placement assistance and not job guarantee

12.  Will I get a refund if I leave in the middle of the course?

A: No refund is given once you have registered for the courses.

13.  Do you have a tie up with other companies for placement?

A: Yes we do have tie ups with some big organizations and are in the process of tying up with more organization for placement services.
