About Amplitude Solutions Ltd. 

Amplitude Solution Ltd. (ASL), formed in 2003, was established initially to implement IT based projects targeting the financial and telecom sector. The Company commenced with a contract with Agrani Bank to automate 100 branches with its own developed EFT solutions. 

ASL, with its pioneering effort has recently established training and consultancy services for the customer service and contact center industry in Bangladesh, with the intention of developing trained resources for the concerned industries. 

Our integrated services include Training and Certification for frontline customer service people and management and Process Consulting for local and multinational clients providing customer services in Bangladesh. All our courses provide practical ready-to-use inputs and are aided by tools, guides, manuals, videos, data, benchmarks, games, case studies and exercises used in developed markets.
